Tubu Tree Okavango Delta

Okavango Delta Safari

Welcome to Tubu Tree, Okavango Delta, where adventure and luxury converge to create an unforgettable safari experience.

Tubu Tree Camp is a small and intimate tented camp located on a large island in the Okavango Delta’s north-western Jao private concession. Built into the trees, Tubu Tree Camp has a charming tree-house atmosphere with a series of high wooden walkways connecting the rooms and main areas.

Tubu Tree Camp has only eight luxury tented rooms, all with wooden floors and an en suite bathroom with a toilet, shower and stone basin. Raised on wooden platforms for excellent views, the tents have an intimate, private front deck and a romantic outdoor shower. There is one family tent and one honeymoon tent.

The Jao Reserve covers 60 square kilometres of seasonal floodplains, permanent wetlands, and of course dry islands such as Hunda. The camp offers both day and night game drives. During the high flood periods motorboats and mokoros explore the delta’s waterways. Among the highlights here are four of the Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, and buffalo – and smaller mammals including cheetah. The camp also offers guided walking safaris.

Book your escape to Tubu Tree, Okavango Delta, now and be part of a transformative safari journey that leaves a lasting imprint on your soul.
