Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp comprises nine canvas sided and elevated tented rooms resting beneath the shade of ebony trees. The luxury tents are raised on wooden platforms and are stylishly furnished with queen size beds, fans, private desks and beautifully appointed en-suite bathrooms. Indoor and al fresco shower and a sprawling veranda with a spacious sitting area.

At the heart of Nxabega Camp, you will find the elevated central area constructed of local timber, reed and thatch. This area consists of dining and sitting rooms – each very inviting, with soft chairs and couches – and expansive decks with comfortable furniture; there is also an outside dining area, a swimming pool and a safari shop.

The twice-daily game drives take place in open safari vehicles, accompanied by an enthusiastic and experienced guide and tracker team. Common sightings include impala, zebra, kudu, baboon, hyena, jackal and giraffe. Elephant herds are common in the dry season and there are occasional sightings of lion, cheetah and African wild dog. Interpretive bush walks and mokoro excursions allow you to further explore the wilderness and delights of the delta.
