Nestled within the famed Timbavati Private Game Reserve, the camp offers the perfect blend of luxury and immersion in the heart of the African bush.

The Camp accommodation consist of 4 en-suite meru-style safari tents and hosts a maximum of 8 guests. Bucket showers are filled on demand with warm water, meals are prepared over an open fire by an expert cook and there is no electricity, nor cellphone reception. Just you and the noises of the magic African bush.

Days start with a +/- 4-hour walk at a leisurely pace with an armed specialist guide. Experiencing the bush on foot is very different to being on a vehicle and you will experience a complete immersion in the African bush. Experienced guides are with you every step of the way, ensuring your safety while enriching your experience with their in-depth knowledge of the local flora and fauna. Learn about traditional tracking techniques, medicinal uses of plants, and the delicate balance of ecosystems. After a hearty lunch back at camp and bit of relaxing, you depart again for your afternoon safari. The day ends with a hearty meal around the fire.

The minimum stay on this safari is two nights, but to really appreciate the rich but slower walking trail rhythm, we recommend a three night stay. Please note that the camp is only operational during the cooler autumn to spring days from March to November. Children from 14 years up are welcome.
