Madikwe Game Reserve covers an area of 75000 hectares of unique topography and breathtaking beauty bordering Botswana. It is home to the Big 5, the beautiful African wild dog , Cheetah, Brown and Spotted Hyena a variety of large mammals and bird life. Impodimo Game Lodge Madikwe is one of the less expensive lodges in Madikwe, yet it is extremely comfortable, offers good service and some great game viewing.
The 10 suites are spacious and comfortable with en suite bathrooms and private decks where guests can sit out and relax. Two of them are larger, with an additional lounge, dining room and private plunge pool. The main lodge has an intimate lounge, library and outside dining area. The swimming pool and a large viewing deck offer spectacular views over the reserve and waterhole.
Game drives take place in the early morning and late afternoon. The lodge does also offer guided bush walks. Children are particularly welcome here. Children over six are allowed on the normal game drives , at the rangers discretion. Babysitting is also available for parents who do not wish to take her children on safari.
