Chobe Bakwena lodge is ideally located on the banks of the Chobe River. This a small, intimate ecolodge with excellent hospitality and game viewing. The lodge is ideally located on the border with the Chobe National Park and has excellent riverfront views.
The lodge has 10 River View Chalets, five Treetop Chalets elevated on stilts entwined around a tree, a Family Room, as well as an irresistible Honeymoon Suite.
The indoor bar, lounge and dining room lead onto an open-air deck and the eco swimming pool. Below you will find an enchanting circular clearing with a fire pit and space for alfresco dining. The dining area has lovely river views, and meals can also be taken outside on the deck or around the fire pit.
Bakwena is close enough to Victoria Falls to enjoy a day-trip to Africa’s mightiest waterfall. Activities at the lodge include game viewing, boating, 4×4 game drives, birding, cycling trips and village walks.
